To our credit, we have numerous pieces of software designed to control machines for industrial use in multiple application fields, such as ovens, ice cream makers, gluing machines, packaging.<\/p>\n<p>The <b>UI creation process<\/b> requires an active and direct collaboration between the development team and the customer in order to guarantee the latter a unique and fully customized UI. The collaboration with the customer serves to evolve the project towards the result. After an initial meeting, both with the client and with the product,<b> all the necessary specifications are gathered to start the project<\/b>, and to develop it within the agreed time frame.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h2><span>Process of creating the UI<\/span><\/h2>\n<h4><span>Analysis of project objectives<\/span><\/h4>\n<div>\n<p><span lang=\"en-US\">Together with the customer, the project objectives are discussed and analyzed. It is important to understand the desired objective, in order to verify that both the <\/span><span lang=\"en-US\"><b>design of the user interface<\/b><\/span><span lang=\"en-US\"> and the <\/span><span lang=\"en-US\"><b>navigation within the various screens<\/b><\/span><span lang=\"en-US\"> are in line with the plans to be pursued.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"en-US\">About user interface characteristics, it is useful to address various issues together, such as:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p><span lang=\"en-US\">Is it better to use a touchscreen display with all controls inside, or is it more practical to use some external physical buttons with direct functions?<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><span lang=\"en-US\">Does the end user wear protective gloves when using the machine that may interfere with the capacitive touchscreen?<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><span lang=\"en-US\">Which display size best suits the information to be displayed?<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><span lang=\"en-US\">What is the right balance between display size and the cost of electronics on the machine?<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><span lang=\"en-US\">What degree of robustness should the user interface have?<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><span lang=\"en-US\">Under what light\/temperature\/weather conditions should the user interface operate?<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>        <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/ico-wifi.png\" alt=\"\"><\/p>\n<h3>UX\/UI Design<\/h3>\n<div>\n<p><span lang=\"en-US\">At an early stage, multiple graphic solutions are proposed to the customer and, once the design is chosen, mock-ups of the user interface are prepared to test its actual usability and consistency.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>        <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/ico-wifi.png\" alt=\"\"><\/p>\n<h3>Hardware Design<\/h3>\n<div>\n<p><span lang=\"en-US\">The hardware team, based on the objectives defined in the previous phase, is responsible for the design of the electronic board and the front of the user interface, to integrate seamlessly into the design of the machine.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>        <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/ico-wifi.png\" alt=\"\"><\/p>\n<h3>Software Design<\/h3>\n<div>\n<p><span lang=\"en-US\">Thanks to the creation of fully navigable software prototypes, <\/span><span lang=\"en-US\"><b>the customer can immediately test the user experience of the interface<\/b><\/span><span lang=\"en-US\">, which will faithfully simulate what will be realised on the actual user interface.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>        <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/ico-wifi.png\" alt=\"\"><\/p>\n<h3>Prototype realization<\/h3>\n<div>\n<p><span lang=\"en-US\"><b>Complete prototypes<\/b><\/span><span lang=\"en-US\"> are made so that the customer can install them on machines and test their functionality.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"en-US\">Within Micro Systems, we carry out all electromagnetic compatibility tests, to verify that the immunity to interference and emissions of the electronic board perfectly comply with the standards required by the environment in which they will operate.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"en-US\">Afterwards, these prototypes can also be left on test with end users to gather feedback and further improvement ideas.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>        <img
